A $2.00 click on a page that converts at 9.1% costs you $22 per order.

Today is the final arrival deadline for Amazon-optimized splits for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, per the 2026 holiday calendar as reported.

Check your Seller Central calendar for your own dates.

Whatever made it in, made it in.

The inventory question is closed.

The conversion question is wide open.

Every Q4 click costs more.

So every conversion leak costs more too.

A kitchen brand came into last October with a hero converting at 9.1% on a $1.60 CPC.

Cost per order: $17.58.

By mid-November the CPC was $2.00.

Same page, same 9.1%.

Cost per order: $21.98.

They were about to raise the ACOS target to absorb it.

We audited the listing instead:

→ Main image: clear on desktop, a beige blob as a phone thumbnail

→ Image 2: a lifestyle shot, when the top customer question was about size

→ Image 3: specs, unreadable on mobile

→ A+: brand story first, no comparison chart, so shoppers left to compare elsewhere

→ Review rating: 4.4. Not the problem.

→ Price and badge: a coupon that was easy to miss on mobile

Two images and the A+ were the leak.

Our creative team rebuilt the main image for mobile, made image 2 a size-in-hand shot, and moved a comparison chart to the top of the A+.

CVR went from 9.1% to 11.3% in three weeks.

At the $2.00 November CPC, cost per order came back down to $17.70.

The conversion fix absorbed almost the entire CPC increase.

No bid change did that.

No ACOS target change could have.

Most brands leave this part of Q4 to another team, on another timeline.

At INGB the creative and the bids sit in the same room, because the page is half of what every click costs.

Run the audit this week, before peak traffic lands on a page that leaks.

Fix the page first.

Then pay for the click.
