Just in awe at this team.
Yesterday, we filled the room at Soho House for Toucan Talks. Again.
We had so much demand that we had to turn people away (virtually...not at the door, obvs).
And the team absolutely smashed it.
At Toucan, we're sprinting head on into this new world of AI x Ecommerce. Eyes wide open.
Not sitting around debating whether AI is going to change our industry. That ship sailed a long time ago.
We've been building for what comes next.
And I genuinely believe the biggest opportunity isn't replacing people with technology. It's using technology to unlock what our incredible people are capable of.
There's some pretty big stuff happening behind the scenes at Toucan right now. Stuff I will be able to share soon (it's taking a lot of restraint).
But yesterday was another reminder that we're building something special.
