I spent the last 10 years working 7 days a week.

Then I had a baby girl.

I just returned to work after 2 months of paternity leave.

Running the agency while having a newborn daughter isnt easy (yet).

But I wouldnt trade it for anything.

Talk about a serious mind shift.

I always wanted to be successful, but now I want to be successful with purpose.

I have micro goals now instead of one giant goal.

My priority is creating an environment for my daughter to thrive.

I'm not going to stop working, but Im working differently.

I used to be a 7 days a week type of operator.

Emails after hours, work after hours, calls after hours.

Now I'm building this business conducive to the lifestyle I actually want to live.

Roles, responsibilities, and tasks have grown, and our team has stepped up to take them on.

A lot of people work at Straight Up Growth now, and I'm so so so thankful for it.

Responsibility is shared, and that means a much more balanced lifestyle.

Chase the balance, not the money, and your life will be honey. 🚀
