Your margin is down. Nobody checked.
This is the most common pattern we see on Vendor Central. Revenue grows. The board celebrates. Nobody asks what it cost.
Amazon has its own P&L for every product you sell. Terms, chargebacks, returns, co-op. Each one erodes what looked like a good year.

Early-stage brands track revenue. They report sell-out, impressions, ad spend. All top-line.
Mature brands track contribution margin. They know what each ASIN actually delivers after Amazon takes its share.
The gap between the two is where money disappears. Not because Amazon stole it. Because nobody measured it.
Revenue tells you how big the channel is. Margin tells you whether it is ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ต ๐ถ๐.
If your Amazon review starts with top-line revenue, you are still at Stage 1.
