5,000+ applicants. Fewer than 1 in 100 reach a shortlist.

Which is either brilliant filtering or a broken market. Honestly, it's a bit of both.

→ 99.2% of applicants don't get through

→ Most fall at the CV read, not the interview

→ 86% of the people we place are still in seat past 90 days

Here's the part brands don't like.

If 99.2% of people applying for senior Amazon roles can't hold the standard, then the CV you pulled off a job board last Tuesday is almost certainly in that 99.2%.

Not because they're lying. Because "4 years of Amazon ads" and "4 years of pulling bid reports someone else designed" look identical on paper.

The scarcity isn't remote talent. There's loads of that.

The scarcity is people who can own an account without supervision.
