Full room of great people
We’re a mostly remote team, but we regularly meet in person to have a hackathon or brainstorm a campaign. Today, we’re having our quarterly meetup, which brought the whole team together, and I think moments like this matter more than ever in the AI era.
We’re still working, but at the same time, I feel something special about being in the same room. You can ask a quick question, but it turns into a conversation and ideation. You’re more proactive and sharing an idea immediately turns into action. I think moments like these help us stay connected , recharge and feel part of a team.
I call it synchronizing frequencies.
We spend so much time prompting Claude or other LLMs, but sometimes the best ideas come from a simple quick chat while making coffee, and then you can prompt Claude to make those ideas real. I think this is what’s truly hard for AI to replace. Ideation, creativity, creating and connecting things that have never existed before, and human connection.
The more we work with AI, the more valuable these human moments become.
