The good Amazon ads people are not sitting there waiting for your job ad.

Here is how the candidate we placed last December described his side of it:

"Usually the companies are the ones that have to choose. I remember you giving me a couple of options. This company wants to hire you, this other company wants to hire you. That's also amazing. It's something that doesn't usually happen."

Two brands wanted him. He picked one. The other one did not lose because it was worse. It lost because it was slower.

From his application to his first day was three weeks. He remembers it as one or two.

If your process takes six weeks and three panel rounds, you are not being thorough. You are bidding for people who have already accepted somewhere else.
