Hello - I’ve been focusing on growing my network, both on and offline, so thought it was probably time to reintroduce myself.
I’m Emma and I started ZEAL Agency nearly six years ago.
I started out wanting to build a brilliant boutique Amazon agency.
Nearly six years later, that ambition has evolved into something bigger: I want to make sure brands get the Amazon expertise they actually need - not simply the services an agency happens to sell.
The Amazon agency space has become incredibly crowded.
Advertising. SEO. Content. CRO. Growth
All important. And all still a huge part of what we do at ZEAL Agency
But after nearly six years of partnering with brands, I’ve realised that the support they need often starts before the implementation.
Sometimes they need someone to bring clarity. Research the problem and opportunity properly. Challenge the data and assumptions. Teach their team. Coach them through a decision. And then, when the direction is clear, a brilliant team who can make it happen.
That’s becoming my mission with ZEAL: to build an agency that understand what our clients are trying to achieve commercially - and why - before we start pulling levers.
I think this matters so much to me because, before ZEAL, I spent 18 years working in education.
I worked in schools and universities, teaching and supporting students and entrepreneurs. I studied business, psychology and marketing.
I’ve always loved learning, questioning, problem-solving, and researching - and then helping someone else make sense of something complicated.
It turns out I’ve brought all of that with me.
So the business I’m building today looks quite different from the agency I thought I was building six years ago.
I want ZEAL to be somewhere brands come when they need really good Amazon people around the table.
Sometimes that might mean:
- Developing a growth strategy
- Researching an opportunity before investing
- Training an internal team
- Coaching a senior leader through a difficult decision
- Figuring out why profitability is declining
- Helping a vendor brand prepare for negotiations with Amazon
- Or simply being another experienced brain in the room
And sometimes it means making it happen - running the advertising, improving content, fixing conversion and doing the day-to-day work that drives growth.
That combination is becoming increasingly important to me.
Strategic consultancy and implementation, in one team.
Educate. Research. Challenge. Advise. Coach. Implement.
There probably isn’t a particularly neat industry label for what I’m trying to build. But I do know what I want ZEAL to become known for.
Helping brands make Amazon a commercial success - and being there to run it with them when they need us.

I brought Milo home at almost exactly the same time I launched ZEAL nearly six years ago. So I suppose he’s been there for pretty much the whole journey
