Your Q4 promo calendar is about to go live, here's one question.
Has anyone modelled margin per ASIN for each deal, including the SOA agreed?
Not sales or volume uplift, but your margin, after funding, terms and ad spend.
If the answer is we're looking at sales as we have a gap, remember a promo can increase sales and still lose money if the funding depth, and the ad spend were never costed together.
The three numbers I'd want to see before locking down every deal..
➡️ Forecasted sales and volume per ASIN
➡️ Net margin at the deal price per ASIN
➡️ The SOA you're committing, and who signs it off
➡️ Ad spend measured against invoice sales, not retail sales
If your Q4 calendar is already agreed and you can't answer these per ASIN, DM me Q4.
