In the last 90 days I have personally built or handled:
- A custom MCP server in Python with specialized tools outside the normal scope of Claude
- Our full business taxes and a prior-year amendment
- Infrastructure migration from DigitalOcean to a self-hosted VPS.
- Config generation for multiple SaaS clients.
- Automation workflows in n8n.
None of this was my "job" before AI.
I am not a developer by background. I am not an accountant.
I am a COO who learned how to move fast because the tools finally make it possible.
The shift is not that AI does the work for you. The shift is that AI removes the ceiling on what you can learn and execute without a team around you.
