The problem is not that agencies take on too many clients. It is that onboarding

The problem is not that agencies take on too many clients.

It is that onboarding a new one still takes three weeks.

First week: figure out what the client actually has. Dig through Seller Central. Map the catalog. Understand the SKU quirks. Find out which products matter and why.

Second week: understand the account history. What did the last agency try. What worked before and got abandoned. What is the client actually worried about versus what they say they are worried about.

Third week: build the workflow. Who handles what. What gets escalated. What the reporting cadence looks like.

All of that happens in someone's head. Notes in a Google Doc that nobody reads. Tribal knowledge that walks when the account manager does.

We built CortexIQ's memory layer to solve this. You do the onboarding once. Document it in plain language. The agents hold it. Context does not degrade over time and does not disappear when someone leaves.

What does your current onboarding process actually cost you in time before you touch the first campaign?
