Most sellers who try it hit the same wall: they download it, open SOUL.md, and stare at a blank file with no idea what to put in it.
They type something generic. Get generic results. Conclude AI agents are overhyped.
They are not. The onboarding is just broken.
Here is the shift: your existing SOPs are your agent source code. Those Google Docs your team follows. The Notion pages you built for PPC workflows. The checklists your VA uses for inventory checks.
You just need to structure them properly.
Claude Sonnet 4.6 does exactly that now. Feed it your raw docs, describe your workflows, tell it how your operation runs. Claude structures it into a brief. Your agent builds its own SKILL files from it.
You are not manually editing markdown. You are giving an agent its employee handbook and letting it do the setup itself.
