From Satya Nadella to my distant relatives, everyone seems to have an opinion on

From Satya Nadella to my distant relatives, everyone seems to have an opinion on this “SaaS is dead” narrative 😀 .

My co-founder (Raghu) and I had an honest conversation about this.

Here’s where we landed.

🔹 The cost of building is going down.

🔹 The cost of clients using AI products is going up. (Turns out tokens aren’t free.)

🔹 When everyone can build something, GTM gets harder and more important than ever.

🔹 Our moats will be tested by LLMs and by AI-native upstarts.

🔹 Putting a natural-language interface on workflows doesn’t make something agentic. At the core, agents need self-learning systems and tight feedback loops baked in — so they actually improve over time and add real value.

The economics of the SaaS model are being rewritten.

The good news?

👉 There are still a ton of meaningful problems to solve for our clients.

This is the perfect time to get more ambitious — and clear-sighted.

We’re adopting.

We’re adapting.

We’re building for what comes next.

And we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

Let’s go, Intentwise. 🚀
