An ad-tech tool. A digital shelf tool. A brand protection tool.... The list goes on.
There is no shortage of tools for brands selling on Amazon.
And yet, brand teams still spend a tremendous amount of time answering critical business questions or building reports.
The Reason:
Most tools solve a specific execution problem or provide insights within a specific functional area. But some of the most important questions, like profitability, lifetime value, repeat purchase behavior, and customer acquisition costs, cut across all of them and might need datasets that these tools do not have.
In addition, your questions are often unique to you. Canned solutions don't cut it for you.
What you end up with is a process of pulling fragments of information from different places and stitching them together.
More and more, I see brand teams dropping spreadsheets into Copilot or Claude and asking AI to do the stitching for them. It can solve the problem temporarily, but it is not a long-term solution.
AI lets us ask questions in the language we know best: Natural Language.
That is incredibly powerful.
But AI is only as good as the data and context underneath it.
There is no getting around owning, connecting, enriching, and making your datasets AI-ready. Only then do you have the necessary analytics agility. A problem we are hyper-focused on at Intentwise.
