🚨 Amazon Just Launched "Seller Challenge" for AHA Sellers – Here's What You Need to Know
Amazon rolled out a brand new feature that could be a game-changer for sellers dealing with listing enforcements: Seller Challenge.
If you have Account Health Assurance (AHA), you now get 3 strategic challenges to request enhanced reviews of listing-level enforcements that you've already appealed multiple times.
Think of it like NFL challenges – limited, strategic, and meant for when you really need that call reviewed.
Here's what makes this interesting:
✅ 48-hour response time (much faster than typical appeals)
✅ Challenges replenish after 6 months if unsuccessful
✅ Can have multiple challenges open simultaneously
✅ Only works on eligible listing-level enforcements
The bigger picture? There's chatter in the seller community that this might be Amazon's safeguard as they lean more heavily into AI for account health responses.
Seller Challenge could be your human escalation path when automation gets it wrong.
Important limitations:
AHA sellers only (lose status = lose challenges)
One challenge per enforcement
Listing stays down during review if already deactivated
