✅With the new Customer Journey Analytics dashboard now available in most accounts, it’s the perfect time to dive deeper into the data and metrics it offers. Understanding this information will not only enhance our optimization efforts but also provide valuable insights into our customers’ journeys.

✅A significant portion of customers are NTB (New-to-Brand). If your share of category searches exceeds 25%, it indicates strong search performance.

✅Tracking your metrics weekly against category search data will give you a clear understanding of whether your campaigns, such as SB and SD, are performing effectively. Based on this analysis, you can create new campaigns targeting awareness and repeat customers.
