👉 When it comes to ads, there's no one-size-fits-all strategy
There are exceptions.
We often talk about best practices like segregating campaigns for better control. One such tactic is the single keyword campaign. Sounds great, right? After all, it gives you full control over a keyword. But there's an exception that's not much talked about…
🔑 Not all single-keyword campaigns perform the same.
While high-traffic KWs tend to do well, mid- and low-traffic ones often struggle with low impressions and fluctuations. From our experience, these KWs rather perform better when grouped in sets of 5-10. This approach generates more data, transactions, and campaign history, leading to stronger results.
The key takeaway? Segregation works, but to what extent depends on your account. Customizing strategies and running A/B tests based on your findings is essential for maximizing results.
If you’re running single KW campaigns and missing out on impressions, you are losing sales.
💪 That's why, on one side we have best practices, the other side we keep a note of the exceptions and then also experiment for maximum results.
