🚨Section 321 Paused. For Now…🚨

Don’t celebrate too fast! This is nothing more than a temporary pause until CBP can figure out an efficient system to collect tariffs on the millions of packages per day from China.

Straight from the executive order:

“…but shall cease to be available for such articles upon notification by the Secretary of Commerce to the President that adequate systems are in place to fully and expediently process and collect tariff revenue.”

Takeaway?

You have a very short window to sell your Chinese products without paying the additional tariffs.

CBP has about a million package backlog so who knows how long that will take.

If I were you, I would plan around Section 321 being permanently cancelled.

If you’re hoping for a lifeline from Trump, think again.
