Keep an eye on this one to reduce the returns on your products
Got a quick update that’s a perfect fit for anyone selling apparel or accessories on Amazon.
Understanding sizes as customers can be tricky, leading to high returns and dissatisfaction.
However, this feature in the PDP is making it easier for brands to communicate their size charts.
So, if you're a Brand Registered brand, you can now add size charts directly to your product listings with this new self-serve tool.
You can even save time on this process by editing and uploading your charts for up to 1,000 ASINs at once.
This becomes important because it provides clarity on the measurements and size mappings (like UK to US sizes) right on the product page.
Also, it means customers are more likely to get the right fit the first time, so lower returns for you mean fewer worries about fees.
How to Get Started?
Simply head to Seller Central ➡️ the 'Catalog' drop-down menu ➡️ select 'Add size charts'
🤔 Are you using size charts effectively? What changes have you noticed in customer feedback or return rates?
