Head to your Campaign Manager and check the History tab. This is where you’ll find every budget change, placement adjustment, and bid modifier you made. If you didn’t take detailed notes on those changes, don’t worry—the history will give you a clear view of what was adjusted and when, so you can easily reset to your pre-Prime Day settings.
Step 2: Revert Budget, Targeting and Placement Adjustments
Once you’ve reviewed your history, start rolling back your budgets and removing any aggressive top-of-search placement modifiers that were boosted to capture Prime Day traffic. For instance, last night, we took this exact approach:
