➡️How It Works:

✅Enrollment: You can enroll in FBA Grade and Resell from your Automated Unfulfillable settings. The program is optional and fee-based, with the flexibility to unenroll at any time.

✅Grading Process: Eligible customer returns that are unsellable as New are processed through various evaluation paths (non-technical, technical, specialty). Advanced grading for products like computers or cameras includes factory reset, memory wiping, and functionality testing.

✅Condition Assignment: Items are graded as Used–Like New, Used–Very Good, Used–Good, Used–Acceptable, or Unsellable.

✅Processing Fee: A fee applies to items graded as Like New, Very Good, Good, and Acceptable. No fee applies to items graded as Unsellable, which are moved to your unfulfillable inventory for removal.

✅Relisting: Grading and relisting take up to two weeks. A unique SKU is generated for each used listing under the parent ASIN, priced according to your rules set in Automated Unfulfillable settings.
