Every time a customer contacts you with an issue, send him this template AFTER you resolved it:

"I'm following up quickly to ask if you can share your experience with other shoppers (takes 30 seconds) 

Feedback Link: www.amazon.com/review/create-review?&asin=[ENTER YOUR ASIN HERE]

Thanks again for being our customer!"

This works because of "The Law of Reciprocity". When someone does something for you, you feel obligated to reciprocate or do something in return for them.
