Amazon's new badge. Amazon's new "Customers usually keep this item" badge helps buyers make better decisions and boosts the overall shopping experience. Sellers benefit from reduced returns, and can learn from reviews to enhance their offerings. Thanks, Yogesh.

➡️ Amazon has now become more customer-centric simply by introducing a new key performance indicator (KPI), which is the "Customers usually keep this item" badge displayed on product detail pages.
➡️ How will this affect buyers?
It will enable buyers to make better purchasing decisions and choose the most suitable product for their needs, thereby enhancing their overall customer experience with Amazon.
Overall it will be a positive impact on the sellers who has very less return as the badge “Customers usually keep this item" will help the buyer making purchase decision easier. However, sellers can also read the reviews of these products and improve their offerings to provide a better experience for their customers.
In my opinion, this new update will particularly affect sellers who deal with clothing items, as the return rate in this category is generally higher compared to other categories. Most returns in this category are due to sizing issues, which are beyond the control of both buyers and sellers.
