Amazon tests a new coupon format showing final prices post-coupon, aiming to improve conversion rates. High-priced brands prefer percentage discounts. No official announcement yet, but the change could impact click-through rates.

🚨 Amazon Testing New Coupon Format🚨

Brands started noticing a coupon change on their listings this week.

Thankfully, it's a good change. Amazon is currently testing to see if customers convert better if they know the final price AFTER the coupon instead of showing the percent off or dollar off.

πŸ€” So far, the only brands grumpy about this are higher price points. Once you hit $100+, there is more power in showing % off. Psychology 101...

To date, there has been no official announcement from Amazon, but I think we all know where they're headed with this.
