Amazon continues to double down on allowing A2A (Amazon to Amazon) on the platform.
1. They added language to the ungating screen.
2. They have a field to input Amazon order IDs when appealing claims.
3. New one! Amazon customer support outright suggesting to resell a product back on Amazon.
Item came in expired, chat was opened to request a refund and here is what the rep said (see picture):
A2A continues to remain with TOS and we will keep firing orders until that changes, but I am no worried about that anytime soon.
