Amazon removes key review features, limiting user interaction. The platform continues to reduce customer communication tools, from removing the "New" sort button to eliminating Q&A sections, pushing towards AI-driven ratings and automated summaries.

There used to be a button at the top of the review section in Amazon to sort by "New" but looks like Amazon has begun removing this button.

Not a world changing event but IMO they will continue to make reviews harder and harder to navigate. I believe the end goal is for Amazon to have customers rely on total star rating and AI summaries which I am not a fan of.

Remember when they removed all the Q&A sections?

Dumb move IMO since it promoted customer interaction and made it easy to find relevant information but they did the same thing when they bought IMBD - I just don't get why Amazon is so against communication and clarity - kind of a weird flex. lol.

Anyways, none of this really matters but interesting to try to guess what the end goal is.
