Amazon Marketing Cloud audience performance tracking requires specific methods. Traffic data can be tracked directly, while conversion metrics need campaigns with low non-audience bids. Custom queries help measure AMC audience impact in Sponsored Products campaigns.

How to find the performance of an AMC Audience that is added to an SP Campaign - plus a little bonus at the end 😁

My last post walked through the process of adding an AMC audience to a SP Campaign: https://lnkd.in/gEEFce33

But as I mentioned before, there is no way to see the performance, or adjust the Bid Boost for this Audience in the Ad Console.

One really important thing to keep in mind - right now, only traffic data (Impressions, Clicks, Spend) can be directly attributed to the audience/non-audience portions of each campaign.

The query I've developed includes conversion data (Sales, Orders), but it depends on the targets running suck low bids that the non-audience segment of the Campaign serves little to no Impressions.

As a fun bonus, like this post and comment "AMCforTheWin", and I will DM you the AMC query I am using to get these performance metrics 😎

Side note - this query depends on the Campaign name to contain 'AMC' in the nomenclature in order for it to show up in the report.

Later this week, I am going to share with everyone some initial findings and takeaways that will help you get a strong start with AMC + Sponsored Ads.
