🔔 Peak season reminder: Customers will have more time to return their products 🔔
The holiday season is approaching, and Amazon is making a key update for sellers to keep in mind:
From November 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, customers can return their purchases until January 31, 2025 (except for Apple products, which can be returned until January 15, 2025).
This applies to all orders—whether using FBA, Seller-Fulfilled, or selling directly via Amazon Retail.
So, what does this mean for you as a seller?
👉 Longer return window means a longer period during which refunds and exchanges may occur. Make sure your stock and cash flow management are ready to handle this.
👉 Customer satisfaction boost: Extended returns = more customer confidence, leading to higher sales.
Keep in mind that preparing for this extended returns window gives you a head start on the competition and helps manage post-holiday returns smoothly.
How are you gearing up for the holiday season?
