Amazon Ads introduced a new educational experience specifically designed for marketing roles that are highly relevant for the agency audience. You can select from one of four paths: Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Planning and Strategy, and Analytics and Insights. Complete the recommended training and pass a final assessment to be rewarded with a badge and pathway certificate.

Why does this matter?
We looked at over 350 ad agency job descriptions. We found that many require knowledge of retail strategy, measurement, and campaign management, but with experience, it's easier to find a place to learn all of these skills. To help your agency grow, we know you need skilled employees with the necessary hands-on keyboard and resources to learn and demonstrate their knowledge. The new professional pathways are an excellent way for employees to demonstrate their skills, learn new ones, and grow in this fast-paced industry.
