Over the last few months, our team has created over 1000+ product videos using different AI tools like Sora, AWS, Vertex and much more.
At first, it felt exciting type a prompt, get a video.
But AI tools won’t magically create the perfect video unless you know exactly what to ask.
And here’s what I learned after creating multiple videos.
1. The output is only as good as your input- Most people write generic prompts and expect magic. I did the same initially. But the moment I started writing like a director, everything changed.
2. Storyboarding matters a lot- Before hitting generate, I now spend time planning the shot and framing each part via story like what to add in first clip, what will be the opening shot, what message to deliver, what object to focus etccc....
3. Testing is everything- We have run AI videos in Sponsored Brand campaigns. Some performed poorly, while others crushed it better ACOS, higher CTR, more conversions. You have to test everytime that which story is working for your brand.
4. Revisions are part of the process- No AI tool gives the perfect result in one go. We had to test, tweak, and rewrite stories again and again.
