Getting a photo like this from Athens, Greece will never get old.

Jerry Giannopoulos and Joanna Sakatzoglou over at Bits & Atoms sent this note across the Atlantic:

"A big thank you from both of us! Your fan base in Greece is growing."

When you spend your mornings staring at search term reports, bulk files, and bid math in Austin, it is easy to forget how global this little Amazon PPC craft really is.

Then you look at what Jerry and his team are actually building out of Athens:

1. Taking a Greek small-appliance brand into Amazon Italy with zero reviews or sales history, launching 14 SKUs, and driving 619% revenue growth.

2. Taking a hospital-grade disinfectant brand and cutting ad spend by 52% while growing organic sales 44% year over year down to an 11% TACoS.

3. Keeping strategy, creative, listings, and PPC under one roof instead of letting three siloed vendors point fingers at each other.

That second stat is the one every operator should study.

Anyone can grow top-line revenue by pouring more budget into broad match. Cutting ad spend in half while organic sales climb 44% only happens when your negative keyword hygiene, listing conversion rate, and campaign structure are dialed in together.

Big thank you to Jerry, Joanna, and the whole Bits & Atoms crew in Greece for rocking the Badger shirt and doing real operator work.

Where in the world are you tuning campaigns from this week?
