Some times, the most meaningful things, actually happens along or even outside our professional being.

Over the past few years, alongside my journey at Skai, I've been exploring another dimension of being; resilience and human core.

Exploring, learning, exepriencing and developing techniques and methods around our nervous system and ways to regulate, stretch and expand through breathwork, cold-water immersion, and freediving.

As part of this journey, I completed the training program in Neuromodulation, Breathwork & Cold Water Immersion and executed thousands of hours with those coping with Trauma in different ways and forms.

These practices have emerged and then became an important part of Sfat Hayam (שפת הים). "Language Of The Sea", a nonprofit resilience initiative I co-founded with Amit Izhar-Prato, inspired and guided by her vision.

Through the sea, the desert, and meaningful human connection, we help people who have experienced trauma rediscover their own core capacity for resilience.

For me, this isn't a career change at all. On the opposite. This I feel hopefully makes me better at what I do.

It's an expansion of what I learn, practice, and hope to contribute to this universe being a visitor.

A humbling, highly rewarding experience.
