Amazon Vendor Central support looks simple on the surface.
Raise a case. Describe the issue. Wait for a response.
What often comes back is a standard reply that doesn't touch the actual problem, and the case is marked as resolved.

The listing is still suppressed. The variation is still broken. The chargeback is still sitting there.
So you raise it again. Same wording, same queue, same outcome.
The people who can actually fix catalogue issues, pricing errors or compliance flags are rarely the first ones to read your case.
This isn't a flaw so much as a system built for volume. But volume and precision are different things.
How you write the case changes who ends up reading it. And that changes what comes back.
