Elon Musk ordered that Starlink be slowed down. He denied this twice publicly. Slowing Starlink helps Russia kill innocent civilians. That’s not an exaggeration. Slowing Starlink stops the effectiveness of Ukrainian interceptors. That allows more Russian Shaheeds to hit their civilian targets. No civilian should be able to impact a war with such powers. StarShield should be controlled only by the Department of War.
