Another post spotted in my feed as I was leaving from a work trip that really hit me in the heart.
This time, I’m leaving London - so full… and not from English breakfast… but from the kindness of strangers who embraced my big American energy and gave it back ten fold with so much “generous support.”
I felt like I had my hype squad there with me…all the way across the ocean. The connections and commonalities we share always amaze me in this really small, global community.
Thanks for the fabulous event Sarah Kingham and team! Thanks to Lynsey Sweales for helping me represent ProductWind so gracefully this week. Thanks to Marni Edelhart from MikMak and Jacqui Dynowski from the SHeCOMMERCE Podcast for cohosting such a fun Women in Commerce event. And a last minute shout to my buddies Colin Lewis and Verity Jane Smith for squeezing in time to hang out just for shits and giggles.
Be kind to each other, friends. In the world of the muppets, I’d rather be a Gonzo or a Scooter, not a Statler and Waldorf any day.
