Yesterday was one of those days that reminds you how connected our personal and professional lives really are.

Professionally, I was honored to officially be named Chief Marketing Officer for Gold Bond. It's an accomplishment that both humbles and energizes me, and one that I don't take for granted.

Personally, it was an equally special day for our family. My oldest daughter, Evelyn, celebrated Senior Night with a win and another remarkable achievement: breaking her school's career blocking record with 353 blocks and counting. Anyone who follows women's volleyball knows blocking is one of the most difficult skills in the game, making her accomplishment even more impressive. We couldn't be prouder as she prepares for her next chapter at the University of Arkansas, where she'll begin college early and start training with the team ahead of next season.

Moments like these remind me that success is never achieved alone. For nearly 25 years, my husband, Allan Venters, has been my rock. He has been my biggest supporter, most trusted advisor, and constant encourager. While building his own successful career, he's also embraced every role our family has needed: coach, chauffeur, chef, listener, problem-solver, and provider of the best hugs. Simply put, none of this would have been possible without him.

I am equally grateful for the leaders, teammates, and organizations I've been fortunate to work with throughout my career. Balancing family and career aren't always perfect. I've missed some games and events along the way, but I've been there for most of them. And I've never forgotten the leaders who encouraged their teams to show up for life's important moments because they knew firsthand what it felt like to miss them. That lesson has stayed with me and is one I strive to pass on to my own team.

That's why this new opportunity is so exciting. What energizes me most isn't the title. It's the team. The Gold Bond team has reignited growth for an iconic brand over the past 18 months through passion, consumer focus, and relentless commitment to excellence. We know who we serve, how we connect with her, and the role our products play in helping people feel confident in their skin. With a strong pipeline of clinically proven innovations, quality ingredients, and products inspired by evolving beauty and skincare needs, the future is incredibly bright.

I feel grateful for my family, my mentors, my colleagues, and everyone who has been part of this journey. Cheers (because life is too short without good wine) to the next chapter. Let's go, Gold Bond.
