I had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Northwest Arkansas Women's Empowerment

I had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Northwest Arkansas Women's Empowerment Summit, where more than 1,500 women & men gathered to learn, connect, and celebrate the power of community, growth, and leadership. It was an inspiring reminder that careers are built not only through performance, but through courage, relationships, and continuous reinvention.
A few moments that stayed with me:
✨ During a leadership panel, Andrea Zahumensky challenged us to "expand the circle" and ask ourselves: Who do I need in my next role? The reminder that we should intentionally build relationships with people who challenge us, support us, and help us grow was powerful.
✨ Nataly Kogan encouraged us to reflect on what truly energizes us and to imagine what new possibilities we would pursue if we had 10x more courage. One thought in particular resonated: "Your beliefs are not facts. They are stories you have repeated often." If you're both scared and excited about something, you're probably moving in the right direction.
✨ In a conversation between Julie Barber and the AMAZING Jennifer Garner, several themes stood out: embracing new opportunities, investing in partnership and mentorship, surrounding yourself with smart people, and remaining unafraid to pursue growth. Jennifer's emphasis on giving yourself grace while continuing to hold yourself to a high standard was a message many leaders need to hear.
I had the joy and honor to sit with the HerHonor Circle of the The Women's Empowerment Mentor Network. This nonprofit launched in 2023 and is dedicated to cultivating generations of confident, connected, and empowered young women. I serve as a volunteer mentor. Let's chat if you want to give back to the next generation of women leaders.
Thank you to the organizers, speakers, and attendees who made this event such a meaningful experience. I left energized, inspired, and thinking differently about what is possible.
