I gave my LinkedIn profile to Claude.
Within a week, recruiters started noticing me.
Here are the 5 prompts I used:
1. The First Impression Test
Where you find out what a recruiter sees in the first four seconds.
Paste to Claude: "Here's my LinkedIn profile: [paste your headline, About section and experience]. You're a senior recruiter hiring for [your target role]. Give me your honest first impression. What makes you want to reach out? What makes you click away? Don't sugarcoat it."
2. The Headline Rewrite
The one line that decides whether you turn up in recruiter searches at all.
Paste to Claude: "Rewrite my LinkedIn headline to be keyword-rich, specific, and searchable by recruiters hiring for [target role]. Give me 5 versions, from safe and professional to bold and attention-grabbing."
3. The About Section Rewrite
Most people's reads like a CV. It should read like a person.
Paste to Claude: "Rewrite my LinkedIn About section. Start with a hook that stops someone scrolling. Then explain what I do, who I help, and what results I deliver. End with a simple call to action. Keep it human, not corporate. Here's what I currently have: [paste it]."
4. The Keywords Gap
Why you're not showing up in searches for jobs you'd be perfect for.
Paste to Claude: "Here are 3 job descriptions for roles I want: [paste them]. Compare them against my LinkedIn profile. Tell me which keywords are missing, which skills I should add, and exactly where to place them so recruiters find me in searches."
5. The Experience Polish
Turns a list of duties into a list of results.
Paste to Claude: "Rewrite my experience bullet points using this format: action verb, what I did, measurable result. If I don't have numbers, ask me questions to help me find them. Every bullet should sound like an achievement, not a task."
