More traffic and fewer sales is not a PPC problem

The ad console is the last place to look

Ads bring shoppers to the page

That part is working

Something on the page is sending them away

Raise bids now

You pay more to send extra shoppers

to the same broken page

The loss grows

It starts to look like a PPC problem when it is not

Start in Business Reports

Open Detail Page Sales

Traffic by Child Item and sort by sessions

Two columns tell the story fast

Unit Session Percentage is your conversion rate

Featured Offer percentage

Shows how often you actually owned the sale

If sessions climbed while either one dropped

You found where the money leaked

Stay at the child ASIN level

A parent listing can look healthy

while one size or color quietly stops selling

Blended numbers hide that from you

Then open the Voice of the Customer dashboard

A spike in returns or complaints on a single ASIN

Can drag conversion down

before a bad review ever shows up

Fix the page first

Traffic you already paid for starts buying again
