2,000+ consulting calls a month at GNO Partners taught us this: every ASIN is either a ranking product or a profit-campaign product.

Most sellers run the same playbook on both.

And premium sellers waste months (sometimes years) chasing a rank they'll never get.

Here's how to tell which one you have:

1/ Competitive price = ranking game

- Your competitors are selling for around $18 - $20.

- Your price sits within that range, or very close to it.

- When you compare your CVR to your market, you're above the average.

- Your job: rank on as many keywords as you can, as high as you can.

- More rank = more organic sales = the Amazon flywheel.

2/ Premium price = profit-campaigns game

- You sell at $29.99+ while the niche sits at $18 - $20.

- Premium buyers are 20% of the market at best, so you won't win top rank.

- But your competitors set the click prices, not you.

- So clicks are cheap vs your price, and ACOS stays low.

- Example: 45% gross margin, 30% ACOS = ~15% margin on ad sales.

- So if your ACOS is profitable, your job is to scale every campaign that holds that 30% ACOS.

Same Amazon, two different games.

If I were you, I'd check the price range & PPC strategy of your top ASINs this week.

Then ask one question: am I playing the right game for my product, or am I mixing things up?

Focus on the right game, execute well, and your growth will follow.
