You filed a case about a suppressed listing. Amazon replied. The status says "resolved." You moved on.
The listing is still suppressed.
This happens every day. A case gets closed because the agent responded, not because the issue was fixed. Amazon's system counts a reply as resolution. It does not check whether the listing came back, the chargeback was credited or the content went live.

We verify every case we close. Not the status. The outcome. Did the listing come back? Did the refund arrive? Did the content update go live?
Around half the cases we reopen were marked resolved by Amazon with no change made.
That is not a support problem. It is a verification problem. And most brands do not have a system for it.
