We have a client who wanted to be the #1 in the keto category and we wanted to do it quickly.

We knew it was possible from a forecasting standpoint.

But we knew it was going to cost a lot, im talking deep c suite arguments over budget.

we created a game plan we had aggressive goals with a loss leader baked into month 7

Month 7 was our golden month when we were supposed to break even.

Every month leading up to it we were hitting out goals, but the company was bleeding, this was not profitable.

Every time we were getting closer we were sweating more, even though we were on track.

C suite arguing if we should pull the plug on this push.

We didn’t.

We pushed through.

At the end of the day the string strategy only works if you stick to the gamelan, don't panic at this minute.

This brand now? We own 50% of their category, it's now one of the biggest profitability drivers for them

If you're going to be bold it's not going to pay to half ass it.

If you're conservative be conservative.

The in between is what kills you!
