USPS owed me money and I didn't even know about it.
I connected Claude to our WMS, ShipHero, and had it pull the past 90 days of shipments and check for anything lost or missing in transit. It found a few that were potentially eligible for a claim.
I figured they were a lost cause. They shipped Ground Advantage and we didn't pay for insurance. Claude dug into the postal documentation and found that Ground Advantage automatically insures packages for up to $100.
Normally I'd be the one filling out the claim form and pulling all the info. Instead Claude filled it out in Chrome, with the packing slip, values and cost pulled straight from ShipHero. All I did was press submit.
A few weeks later a check showed up in the mail for almost $25. It's not about the dollar amount. It's that this money never would have been found if Claude hadn't caught it.
