Currently editing the 3rd episode (technically the 4th) for the Brett Builds show. This one's one of my favorites, and here's why.
1. It started with a real triage from the listing monitoring that runs automatically every morning.
2. The report came back saying a particular ASIN had ad spend on it and a buy box issue. Its instinct was to recommend checking the ad spend.
3. I knew that ASIN should have had zero ad spend. Something was off with the report, or the data behind it.
4. I brought in the account captain agent to step in and sort it out.
5. The ads agent found the actual issue. The report and the data behind it were wrong.
6. The account captain became the one that could call in the other agents to triage, instead of me doing it manually.
7. I pressure tested the account captain, made it better, then patched the problem in Helm so the bad data doesn't slip through again.
The report confidently recommended the wrong action. The agent's job wasn't fixing the ASIN... It was questioning the report. An autonomous system would've gone and fixed ad spend that never existed.
