I've said it before, and I'll say it again... I don't get these opportunities simply because I'm good at my job (I am, but) I get them because I post content ALL THE TIME!
I'm not afraid to share my thoughts online, teach in public what I know to others. I show up, so when decision makers in my industry need someone, I'm already front of mind.
Being good at your job gets you in the room, but being visible is what gets you the opportunities.
So go ahead, post that content.
You never know where it might take you!
