September is shaping up to be a big month for me — and not only for the reason you might expect.
I have the honor of walking my daughter down the aisle. It's the kind of moment that puts work and life balance in perspective. I'm soaking up every second of it.
A couple days later, it's on to San Francisco for unBoxed, September 28–30. I've been in this business a long time, and I can tell you the pace of change right now is unlike anything I've seen. The innovation our leaders are going to share on the keynote stage reflects the new thinking on how customers discover, compare, and decide, and how our partners can grow with them. I'll also have the privilege of helping celebrate our partners at the Partner Awards on Monday night which is one of my favorite evenings of the year, because it's all about the work of our customers.
