Half-day or full-day working sessions where the team leaves with automations actually running.
The agenda:
1. How agentic tools like Claude Cowork and ChatGPT actually work
2. When to use chat vs. Cowork (most teams get this wrong)
3. Why Projects matter and how to set them up
4. How to manage company context so every answer starts informed
5. Connector and plugin setup so the tools can touch real company data
6. Each person builds one skill for a workflow they repeat every week
Could sell this to dentists, realtors, property managers, manufacturers, etc. Anyone with employees doing the same admin every day.
$10K for a full day workshop would be an absolute steal and would almost certainly lead to additional work.
As long as you're promising "outcomes" and not "learn to use AI" this should be an easy sell to the right client.
