Every useful AI workspace needs these 4 context files (at minimum):

Company Information

Customer Information

Offer Details

Brand Voice

Here's what each one does and how I'd build them:

1) Company Information

What the company sells, who it serves, how it makes money, what it believes, what makes it different.

How to build it: paste your website, your last 3 proposals, and one sales call transcript into Claude. Ask it to draft this doc from those 5 sections.

2) Customer Information

ICP, pains, objections, buying triggers, questions they ask, the exact language they use, fears, decision criteria.

How to build it: this one comes from call transcripts, not from your head. Feed Claude 5 to 10 sales or discovery calls and tell it to pull the customer's words, not yours.

3) Offer Details

Packages, deliverables, pricing logic, proof, promises, claims to avoid, what counts as a good fit customer.

How to build it: write it yourself first. This is the one file where your judgment beats the transcript. Then have Claude interrogate it: what's ambiguous, what's unpriced, what would a skeptical buyer ask.

4) Brand Voice

How the business talks, how it should never sound, phrases it uses, phrases it avoids, examples of good writing.

How to build it: hand Claude 10 pieces of writing you're proud of and 3 you hate. Ask for the rules that separate them.

Once I built these, my AI tools stopped forgetting key details and started remembering exactly what I sell, how I sound, who my customer is, and what my company does.
