The incredible Becki Hatherall starts today as our new CEO
To say we have big plans would be something of an understatement and big plans don't happen without the right people in place to make them happen

Having worked alongside Becki on the System1 exec I know exactly what she is capable of and how well we work together. When she mentioned she might be interested in talking about a role there was no hesitation from me and definitely no interview needed.
GREATNESS IS IN THE AGENCY OF OTHERS
Becki has an amazing ability to take ideas and make them better and then quickly figure out how to make them happen. This ability is exactly what a start up needs. Ensuring we are always close to our customer and turning ideas into action will help take us to a new level.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WEREN'T AFRAID
We are betting big on our growth online and also being in real life. This year we did an experiment to see if we could pull off a real life event - The Calling. It was an incredible success so we are taking it global next year. This is what I would do if I wasn't afraid.
NOW LET'S BLOW THE BLOODY DOORS OFF
You don't get too many shots in life and I don't want to miss a thing. That's why taking big shots like hiring Becki are so important. As a founder it can be hard to know when to invest ahead of the curve but in this case putting Becki in charge was a no brainer.
