What we do in ecommerce is not rocket science.
The goal is to invite industry experts to explain the complicated parts of ecommerce in plain language, and nobody is selling you anything.
Every two weeks, I sit down with one operator, analyst or builder who actually understands a topic operators find confusing: Amazon profitability, advertising economics, inventory maths, attribution, seasonality, content measurement. Twenty-five to thirty-five minutes. No origin stories, no pitches. We start with the substance, push back when the common advice breaks down, and end every episode with one thing you can use on Monday.
